These visits include checking the tstat settings; checking all electrical connections; inspect the condensate drain; checking the system controls and how the system cycles; testing all electrical components and safety controls; inspecting and cleaning or changing the air filter; cleaning indoor and outdoor cooling coils; checking the systems refrigerant charge; inspect for carbon monoxide leakage, and cleaning and adjusting the blower.
